Automax AI coordinates property inspection appointments. If an inspection has been scheduled at your property, this program sends you the scheduling link, your appointment confirmation, and a reminder before the appointment.

Every message is transactional and relates to your specific inspection appointment. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.

02Opt-In Method 1 — Verbal Consent on a Scheduling Call

When an Automax scheduling agent calls a homeowner to book their inspection, the agent asks for text messaging consent using the following script:

“Can I text you the link to schedule your inspection and a reminder before your appointment? Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.”

The homeowner must affirmatively answer yes. Consent is timestamped and stored against the inspection record, and the call is recorded and transcribed. Declining has no effect on the homeowner’s ability to schedule their inspection by phone or email.

03Opt-In Method 2 — Text-In Keyword

Homeowners may also start messaging themselves by texting SCHEDULE to the Automax inspection line listed in their scheduling email. They receive this confirmation reply:

“Automax: You’re subscribed to inspection scheduling updates. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

04What We Send

• A link to schedule your property inspection
• Confirmation of the appointment time you selected
• A reminder shortly before your scheduled inspection
• A follow-up if we were unable to reach you to book the inspection

05Opting Out and Getting Help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

Reply HELP for help, or email info@automax.ai. Opting out of text messages does not cancel your inspection — we will continue to reach you by phone and email.

06Your Mobile Information

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
